Product Introduction

We aim to solve the pollution problem of brake friction powder in brake plant. We cooperated with professional R&D institution to produce tackifier F826 which can be used to pellet the brake friction then reused in fresh friction materials.

Product process and guidance

The ratio of brake friction powder and tackfier is 100:10. We mix brake friction powder and tackfier together then pellet the mixture. After pelleting, brake friction particle doesn't need to dry, and there is no pollution all all. The brake friction particle will be used with fresh friction materials together which won't reduce the performance of brake. This new methord will reduce much cost for brake manufacturers, at the same time, they recycled brake friction powder not dump or bury it all around plants. Some Chinese big manufacturer are using this new way. Succeed will supply the tackfier F826 and give your guide of handling.
