Powder NBR is butadiene and acrylonitrile polymerized at low temperature which is high molecular rubber raw materials.

Product Property

Powder NBR can be well used in formula of phenolic resin and PVC rein modification. It can increases oil resistance, heat and cold resistance; improve elongation, abrasion rate, rebound elasticity, flexibility, tearing resistance; improve melt stability during extrusion of finished products. Powder NBR has very good compatibility with phenolic resin, PVC resin and EVA resin.

Product Application

1,Powder NBR can be used as phenolic resin modifier in friction and seal materials, such as brake pad, brake lining, brake discs and sealing.

2,Powder NBR has excellent compatibility with PVC resin because of the same polarity. Powder NBR can be widely used in wire and cable, automotive rubber parts, safety shoes, PVC film, etc.

3,Powder NBR can be used as PVC modifier in thermoplastic compounds, such as SBS, TPU and some other plastics which can improve physical property and production process.
