Product Introduction

NV rubber is NBR and PVC polymerizing at emulsion condition. There are some necessary antioxidant agent, heat stabilizer and adhesives. NV rubber both has chemical property of CR and NBR. About physical property, NV rubber has very good tensile strength and wear-resistance which can improve the production process and production quality, at the same time, it can reduce cost of production.

Product Application

NV RUBBER is mainly used in cable sheath, out layer of oil and fuel pipe, inner layer and out layer of hydraulic hose and superior hydraulic hose, rubber roller of textile industry, filling piece, elevator handrail, print roller, rubber ring, auto molded parts, Aviation rubber products, rubber sheet, rubber belt, conveyor belt, sealing, safety boots, protective coating, etc.

Package/Handling

N.W 25kg/PP bag, 40 bags for pallet, wrapped in LDPE film. No special requirements for transportation, we always suggest all process under well ventilated condition, Local exhaust ventilation should be provided to avoid significant employee exposure. Safety glass and protective thermal resistant gloves should be worn when handling and operating products.
