Liquid NBR

Product Introduction

LNBR is a new type of liquid flexibilizer, plasticizer and rubber softener. It can be widely used in NBR, ACM, EPM, HNBR, CR and some other special performance rubber. It can be also used in PVC resin, SBS, ABS and other thermoplastic elastomeric industry.

Products application

I Rubber Industry-- as softener and flexibilizer
 

LNBR has very good compatibility with NBR, CR, ACM and some other special performance rubber. It can't be easily drawn out. When LNBR is used as softener instead of white and black ointment in making printing roller, seals, rubber hose, sealing strips, etc. It makes good process properties, tensile strength, elongation and rebound tensile.

II Plastic Industry

LNBR can improve cold resistance, heat resistance, light resistance, oil resistance of PVC resin. It improves products' elongation, impact resistance, and surface forming effect, which can take place of DOP, DBP, DOA, DOS and solid plasticizer such as NBR powder. LNBR can be used in cable and wire, automotive dashboard, bumper, plastic film, pvc gloves, conveyor belt, safety shoes, refrigerator sealing strip and friction materials.

III Adhesives Industry

LNBR has good flexibility, heat resistance, cold resistance, initial adhesive and good freeflowing. It can mix with phenolic resin, exposy resin, makes adhesives with strong bond force, good rebound resilience and oil-resistent.
