SLIR-600 can take place of NR, which has very wide application such as dipping and extrusion.

Package

SLIR-600 is put in tinplate drum with galvanized coating, or put in plastic tank. 25kg/drum, 1000kg/tank

Shelf Note

1, SIR-600 should be stock in the same ascondition as NR, keep out of the sun, high temperature and fire source.
2, SLIR should be stock above 5 ℃ and doesn't become thicken under 15 ℃.
3, If SLIR-600 became frozen, it may agglomerate and can't be used again. We suggest the highest stock temperature is 30 ℃, or it may cause emulsion layer and can't recover again.
4, The best stock temperature is 18 ℃. Please stir 1 hour each 3 or 4 days during stock period. We should stir in slow speed but wide margin to ensure latex evenly. We can also use pump, but please make sure the entrance of the pump is lower than latex surface, or there may form cuticle and make pump block.
5, Please updown the drum once a week to prevent forming cuticle.
6, Under above conditions, SLIR-600 can be stock at least 12 month after packing in drum.
7, If the drum stocked NR before, please use HCHO to sterilize and swash it to ensure there is no NR germ and mildew.
8, Please use pipe to derive latex to drum and ensure the pipe is under latex surface which prevent forming foam. Before deriving latex, please avoid violent shaking the tank.
