Product Introduction

LIR is a kind of transparent stick rubber which is researched based on Isoprene rubber. The fuction of LIR are plasticizer and softener. As a good plasticizer, LIR is high molecular weight rubber with plasticizer property. LIR can be co-sulfating with sulphur and peroxide.

Product property

When LIR is used as plasticizer and softener, it can improve many properties of rubber as below:
Improve processing property;
Improve physical property and processing property of low hardness rubber;
Improve machinery property when it mix with white carbon black or clay;
Improve the adhesive force of metal material glass materials;
Co-sulfate with NR, IR, IIR, SBR, BR, NBR,CR, EPDM;
No immigration in products, no extraction in solvent;
Improve anti-aging, anti-chemical properties;

Product Application

LIR is widely used in tire industry, wire and cable, sealings, hose, printing, textile rubber, shoes. It also can be used in adhesives, sealant, room temperature curing products, polyurethane modification, rubber coating products, asphalt modification, tube oil additive and so on.
