Clean Grade IR

Product Introduction

IR is copolymer of IR monomer and dissolvent. It has similar structure and properties as nature rubber, so it's named as " synthetic nature rubber". IR polymer is the same as BR polymer monomer. IR has very good compatibility with BR, and they two has the same properties. IR can be used with BR to enhance elasiticity and machinery properties of BR, at the same time, it reduces cost of raw materials.

Product Property

IR is very transparent, no odor. Comparing with NR, IR is with higher rubber content, lower gel glue, no impurities, good and uniform quality. IR doesn't need to plasticate. Mix process is easy to handle. IR vulcanized rubber has high machinery strength, good physical properties. IR has good adhesiveness, liquidity and easy to operate.

Product application

IR can partly take place of halogenated butyl rubber. It can be used to medical treatment industries, such as medical bottle stopper, medical syringe sealing stopper, medical equipments rubber parts, food contact products, craft rubber products such as rubber thread, rubber band.
