Carbone Black N990

Product Introduction

SKD N990 is produced by new process which is particle pyrolysis carbon black. It has the largest particle size and smallest specific surface area and minimum structure in all rubber used carbon black. It can be filled in big percentage with good machinery property. N990 is with low hardness, high flexibility and low heat. The abrasion is low, and it has good anti-blending and anti-aging property. N990 can improve the processing properties of rubber materials, shorten the mixing time, reduce molecules divide, increase mobility of rubber processing and improve the mold feet stability and abrasion. It enhances the adhesion with other raw materials and improve product appearance and quality.

Main application

N990 is apply to fluorine rubber, acrylic rubber, nitrile rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber, EPDM, neoprene butyl rubber, nature rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, polybutadiene rubber and other materials, production of automobile sealing strip, engine brackets, hose products, o-rings, oil seal tank linings, tires, V belt, car front window wiper brush section, butyl rubber inner tube, shock absorber products, wire and cable and heat-resistant products.
N990 can be well used in extrusion, calendering and injection products such as hose, seals, wire and cable, etc. It also can be used in sealing, o-ring, rubber products and other miscellaneous pieces. We recommend clients to use N990 and FEF N550 together which two have synergistic effect and make finished products better physic property.
