Product Introduction

Hicry1504 is ACM elastomer which is polymerized by ACM and small amount vulcanization monomer under accurate condition. Monomers distributed evenly in the polymer which makes the best ratio of oil-resistance and cryogenic property.

Products Property

Vulcanization products which made by Hicryl1504 has very excellent heat resistance and oil resistance. vulcanization monomer distributed evenly makes end products with low compression strain and high crosslinking density. We researched another non-solid crosslinking products whose name is Chemac PAR 50 to modify ACM rubber.

Products application

Hicryl1504 is apply to produce elastomers of rubber parts under 150℃, it can contact tube oil or other liquidity carrier continuously. The processing temperature can up 200℃ intermittently. Hicryl1504 is apply to produce gasket, sealing, o-ring, hose, and rubber lining of other machine parts.
